After we receive your quote request, our team may contact you by email or phone to confirm the order details. Once everything is confirmed, we will send you an invoice with all order information and a secure payment link. You can then make payment using your preferred payment option.

Customers can choose from design templates available on our website or ask our packaging team for design help. If you already have your own artwork, you may provide the file in PSD format.
Before printing starts, we send a 2D mockup of the design for customer approval. Customers must review all design details carefully before confirming.
Once the design is approved, we send it to the printing department, and the printing process begins.
Please note that some printing methods, ink types, and material surfaces may cause slight colour differences in the final printed product.
By placing an order and approving the design, you agree that Custom Creative Packaging is not responsible for minor colour variations.
We do not offer free reprints for colour differences caused by printing limits, artwork quality, file format, or material surface.
There is a 4-hour waiting period after an order is placed before production begins. During this time, customers may request an order cancellation.
If a cancellation request is made after 4 hours, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted because production planning or workflow changes may have already started.
Order cancellation is not allowed once the products have been delivered.
Custom Creative Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, shipping issues, weather conditions, or other unexpected circumstances.
If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of placing the order, whether due to delivery delay or any other reason, 50% of the total order amount will be deducted. This is because design, printing, and production work may already be in progress.
We always try to deliver the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of custom production, the final order quantity may have a 5% overrun or underrun.
Customers are advised to order at least 10% extra to avoid any shortage or inconvenience.
