If the details of your order change after the quotation has been issued or after the order has been placed, the price may also change accordingly.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. In most cases, production will not begin until payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Once final approval has been given, the order will move into production. After approval, Custom Creative Packaging UK cannot accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, or issues that were visible in the approved proof.
We always aim to reproduce colours as closely as possible. However, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
Colours may appear differently on screens compared with printed materials due to monitor settings, lighting, ink, substrates, finishes, and the print process itself. Minor colour variation between digital proofs, previous print runs, and the final printed product is normal within the printing industry.
Slight movement in print position, cutting, creasing, folding, lamination, foiling, embossing, or other finishing processes may also occur within acceptable production tolerances.
These minor variations do not count as faults.
All products are manufactured using the materials and finishes selected at the time of order. If a particular stock, board, insert, or finish becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to use a suitable alternative of similar quality, where reasonable, or to contact you to discuss replacement options.
If you require a specific material, food-grade stock, special coating, or technical finish, you should confirm this with us before placing the order.

Production may be delayed by late approvals, missing files, incorrect information, stock issues, machinery breakdown, supplier delays, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries to remote areas, offshore locations, business parks, restricted access premises, and certain parts of the Highlands and Islands may take longer and may sometimes involve additional charges.
