Return & Refund Policy

At Custom Creative Packaging, we focus on quality products and helpful customer support. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and review each return request in a fair and clear way.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery so we can look into the issue quickly.

To qualify for a reprint, the defective product must be returned by mail within 10 days of delivery. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will start the reprint process.

For bulk orders, reprints usually take around 10 business days. Rush reprints may be available on request for an extra fee.

Non-Defective Products

Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and kept in the original packaging.

Please note that any reprint or replacement for non-defective products will be paid for by the customer.

Refund Policy

Custom Creative Packaging offers partial refunds for returned items. Because our products are custom-made, we keep 99% of the product price. Production starts only after the client approves the order, so full refunds or compensation after delivery are not offered.
